SARTRIX is an online encyclopedia, public library and journal devoted to Ancient Mediterranean Polytheism, in the sense of the Greater Mediterranean, albeit centered on the Greco-Roman. Following the precedent of Thomas Taylor, and named after him, it is written from the perspective and for the benefit of modern practitioners above all, but with the same academic standards as any good secular resource. That said, particular focus is placed here on the diverse views of ancient intellectuals (philosophers, poets, grammarians, rhetoricians, ritual experts, diviners, and others), over the contingent trends in modern scholarship.
